Shipping
Getting your items to you quickly and safely is very important to us. We’ve partnered with a variety of courier services to ensure the best delivery solutions for different items, depending on their size and value. Most items are dispatched the same or next working day via FEDEX or DX.
Where possible, we aim to offer free shipping although, delivery to certain areas—such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight—may incur an additional shipping charge.
If your mobile number is registered with us, our couriers will send you delivery notifications via text. Should you have any questions about our delivery services, feel free to contact us.
Returns
You may return goods ordered online with us for a refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. These goods must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Delivery and return carriage is non-refundable on goods ordered in error or goods that are no longer required.
All returns that were correctly supplied will incur a 20% handling fee which will be calculated and deducted from the refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged or notice a fault, you must make our sales team aware within 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY please contact sales@tradeglassuk.co.uk.
You must make us aware of any fault or damage prior to fitting, we can then rectify the problem and arrange an exchange for you.
We will arrange a ‘return and replace’ of the faulty or damaged goods. Simply contact our customer service team, repackage the products in the box they were originally delivered in. We will arrange collection and replacement for you.
Please inspect all items before fitting. If a product is fitted and then a manufacturing defect is noticed afterwards, we accept no liability regarding the removal of said products or any additional costs incurred, when there is ample opportunity to inspect the goods prior to fitting.
All products should be installed professionally, we accept no liability for products that have been installed incorrectly or any damage to the product or vehicle caused during the installation process.
